All payments are made securely via PayPal. When you click on the links beside the currency/level you wish to join, you will be transferred to PayPal to make a secure online payment.

To register to join Teeline Online and start your learning you will need to decide which level of support you wish to join. There are two ways you can pay.
1. PayPal allows you to purchase your membership online using any major credit card or bank account. You do not have to be a PayPal member or have an account with them. We want you to order with confidence and peace of mind that your credit card number and details remain secure and private. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. All payments are made over a secure encrypted connection so credit cards numbers and private details cannot be stolen in transit; this is as secure as online ordering can be. All payment processing is handled by PayPal which processes thousands of transactions per day.
2. By invoice - if you would prefer to pay by BACS/Direct bank transfer - please contact us so that we can make these arrangements for you.

After you have paid: On receipt of payment, we will send you a link to the Online Teeline Lessons, a password which you will need in order to access the site and our Teeline Helpline email address. You will receive an email (this can take up to 24 hours) sent to the email address you entered with your payment with PayPal. We try and send two emails from two different addresses to ensure that you receive it. Our joining instructions are emailed 'manually' and are not automated - this is why there may be a short time delay before you receive your log in details. If your email does not arrive please check your 'spam' folder. Hotmail addresses particularly need to check spam folders.
If your welcome email does not arrive within 24 hours of making payment, please check your 'spam' folder. If you can not find any receipt of our email then please contact us and ensure you give us a telephone number and alternative email address to contact you. It could be that your emails are bouncing without you knowing and therefore the only way we can contact you will be by telephone or an alternative email address. If you have not received your joining instructions please do include a telephone number as this will help us to contact you to talk through how to log in to the lessons.
